Why is speedtest.net only showing 100 mbps? I got a gig

Feb 24, 2017 · I just upgraded from 45 MBPS to 100 MBPS internet speed. The tech came over and ran a speed test, and I saw it said 120+ MBPS download speed. I figured it was all done and was surprised they sent out a Tech just to run a speed test and do nothing else.
